Your sentence: I helped my mom cook in the kitchen.
Extended statement: I have helped my mom in the kitchen since I was 12 years old.
1. Yesterday, my parents and I ate very delicious grilled chicken that my aunt gave me.
Extended statement: I have eaten grilled chicken with my parents, I feel very full.
