1. I know that I’m now learning to write sentences in past form.
2. I know that a verb has three different forms.
a. The past form has –ed in the end of the word, for example:

worked, walked, studied, played, laughed, called, and listened.
b. Some past verbs have different vowels/sounds from those in the present forms, for example:
went, came, got, read, ran, rang and drank.
c. Some past verbs have totally different forms from the present forms, for example:
was, were, caught, ate, went, slept, bought, and spoke.
3. I know that
a. We use the past form for explain what happened in the past.
b. We use the present form for informing our current condition or action.
