Pembahasan Soal D. Let's Discuss pada Chapter 6: Fractured Stories

Difference:
- The point of view in traditional story is third person omniscient.

Meanwhile, the fractured one is first person point of view which is the wolf point of view.
(Sedangkan cerita fraktur adalah sudut pandang orang pertama, yaitu sudut pandang serigala.)
- The problem in the two stories is different, the traditional story tells that the little red riding hood is looking for his grandmother, who turns out to have been eaten by a wolf.
(Masalah pada kedua cerita tersebut berbeda, cerita tradisional menceritakan bahwa si kecil berkerudung merah sedang mencari neneknya yang ternyata telah dimakan serigala.)
Whereas in the fracture story, the grandmother was accidentally swallowed by the wolf because the grandmother was shocked to see the wolf.
(Sedangkan pada cerita fraktur, sang nenek tidak sengaja ditelan serigala karena sang nenek kaget melihat serigala tersebut.)
- The solutions in the two stories are also different, in the traditional story the wolf was defeated by someone who was chopping a tree using his ax in the forest.
(Penyelesaian pada kedua cerita tersebut juga berbeda, pada cerita tradisional serigala dikalahkan oleh seseorang yang sedang menebang pohon menggunakan kapaknya di hutan.)
Whereas in the fracture story, the grandmother was safely removed from the wolf's mouth and the wolf also lived.

(Padahal dalam cerita fraktur, nenek selamat dikeluarkan dari mulut serigala dan serigala pun hidup.)
- In the traditional story the character only focus on little red riding hood, the grand mother, and the wolf.
(Dalam cerita tradisional, karakter hanya fokus pada si kecil berkerudung merah, nenek, dan serigala.)
Meanwhile, in the fractured one there are a whole bunch of other character which are the dwarfs.
(Sementara itu, di cerita fraktur ada banyak karakter lain yang merupakan para kurcaci.)
- But, the main character of both story is the same, which are little red riding hood, the grand mother, and the wolf.
(Tapi, tokoh utama dari kedua cerita itu sama, yaitu si kerudung merah, nenek, dan serigala.)
