Ingredients:
1. 8 pieces of chicken meat
2. 1 tsp. of salt
3. 200 ml mineral water
4. 1.5 liters cooking oil
Ingredients for flour seasoning:
1. 350 gr flour
2. 1 tsp. of baking powder
3. 3.5 tbsp. of cornstarch

The 1st step: Marinate chicken meat with 200 ml of salted water for about 15 minutes. Set aside.
The 2nd step: Mix all ingredients for seasoning in bowl, and stir until blended. Set aside.
The 3rd step: Mix 3 tbsp. of flour mixture with water sufficiently. Stir well.
The 4th step: Combine the seasoning mix with the flour mixture.
The 5th step: Dip the chicken meat in the batter until the meat is covered with the dough.
The 6th step: Heat the oil over medium heat, cook chicken meat, and fry until golden browned.
The 7th step: Once cooked, remove and drain.
